Shipping & Lost Package Policy

Once your order leaves Vintage Lily Boutique and is accepted by the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), responsibility for the package is transferred to the carrier. Vintage Lily Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.

If your package does not arrive, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim using your tracking number. USPS Priority Mail automatically includes insurance up to $50, and additional insurance may be available upon request at checkout.

We are always happy to assist you in locating your package by providing tracking information, but we cannot issue refunds or replacements for items marked as delivered by the carrier.

Opt for Route Package Protection or add shipping insurance at checkout

Track your package regularly
