Return & Exchange Policy


Clearance:

  • All clearance items are FINAL Sale. Any promotional/flash sale items can be returned for store credit of the actual purchase price shown on your invoice if they meet all return criteria within 14 days of purchase. ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON EARRINGS, SEAMLESS BOTTOMS, LEGGINGS, , BRAS / BRALETTES, HAIR ACCESSORIES (INCLUDING HATS)  AND SOCKS.THIS IS FOR HYGIENIC PURPOSES AND THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS ON THESE ITEMS.

Store Credit:

  • All item's returned within the 14 day time frame and meet all other criteria  are for STORE CREDIT ONLY. ABSOLUTELY NO CASH REFUNDS. If item was shipped, the shipping charge is not included in the store credit price. Anything after that will not be accepted. You will be responsible for shipping cost to get it back to you IF it does not meet all "returnable" conditions including but not limited to over the 14 day period allowed. IF you choose not to pay shipping charges to get it back to you, your items will be donated to a place of are choice after 30 days. Anything that smells of smoke or  has stains, animal hair, been washed, worn or damaged for whatever reason  will not be taken back. It must be in it's original condition and tagged. It is at our sole discretion to alter the above terms and to have the final decision on the returnable or creditable condition of any item. 

 

Defective Items:

  • If you believe you have received an item with a defect we must be contacted within 3 business days of the date it was delivered to you in order for you to get a replacement. A defective item does not fall into the same category or meet  the same criteria as an item that doesn't fit right or look good. We may ask for a digital photo by text or email to help determine if an item is truly defective.  If that item is no longer available for replacement we will issue a store credit. After the 3 business days, there is nothing that we can offer you. 
  • Once we receive returns of defective items you will be issued an identical item, including size, within 3 to 6 business days. If the item is not available for exchange a store credit will be issued to you through your CUSTOMER ACCOUNT EMAIL, for the price of the item minus any shipping fee's. We are not responsible for the return shipping charges that you may incur.  Please note that all store credits will expire after 1 year from the date the credit was issued.
  • All clearance items are FINAL SALES regardless of any defects or issues that may arise within any time frame and no store credit or exchanges can or will be made.
